A surveillance system breaks down silently. The camera gets dirty, the disk fills up, the app stops logging in, and these things are discovered on the very day you need to record. We carry out regular checks, updates and interventions — including on systems installed by someone else.

We must not have mounted it ourselves. We come, inventory it, tell what works and what doesn't, and we can take it over for maintenance.

How much it costs
The price depends on the location: how many points need to be covered, the length of the routes and how long you want the records to be kept. That's why the evaluation is free — so that the offer is a number, not a range.

Frequently asked questions
Do you take over systems installed by another company?
Yes. We start with an on-site inventory: what equipment is there, in what condition, what can still be used. Only after that do we discuss what needs to be done — we don't start from the idea that everything needs to be changed.
How often should the check be done?
For a typical location, twice a year is reasonable; in dusty, crowded or fire demanding spaces, more often. The interval is determined upon pickup.
How long does it take to come to a breakdown?
It depends on the contract and the locality. The term is written in the contract, not promised over the phone.
What do I do if my archive is full?
The recorder overwrites the oldest recordings, so it doesn't crash — but your archive is shorter than you think. It can be fixed with a larger disc or quality adjustment on cameras that don't need 4K.
